XCOR-CTO is a B2B platform for VCs and founders to upload and analyze business documents (for example, PRDs and pitch decks) and to parse resumes and match candidates to roles. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information.
Information We Collect
- Account data (for example: email address and authentication data).
- Billing data (for example: Stripe customer identifiers and subscription status).
- Uploaded content (for example: PRDs, pitch decks, resumes, job descriptions, and other documents you upload).
- Extracted data derived from uploaded content (for example: resume fields and AI analysis results).
Candidate and Founder Contact Data
If you upload resumes or import a startup list, the Service may process personal data such as names, emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn URLs that appear in those materials. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload such data.
How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the Service.
- Authenticate users and manage accounts.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Analyze uploaded content and generate AI-assisted outputs (including summaries, scores, recommendations, and reports).
- Maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
Third-Party Sharing
We share information with third parties only as needed to provide the Service, such as:
- AI model providers (for processing and analysis of uploaded content).
- Payment processors (for billing and subscription management).
- Email providers (for transactional communications).
We do not sell personal information for advertising.
Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.
